Operating principles
- Honest about scope. When an API can't deliver something (Facebook public search, LinkedIn broad listening, Google Ads volume without spend), we say so — in docs, in the UI, in the comparison page.
- Export everything. Every list view ships with CSV + XLSX buttons. We're not holding your data hostage to keep you on the plan.
- Self-host friendly. The codebase is structured so you can run it on your own Supabase + Fly.io for ~$25/mo if you outgrow our pricing or just prefer it.
- Per-project API tokens. Mint a token, hit `/api/v1/*`, integrate into CI/CD or your own dashboards. No SDK required.
- White-label by default. Agencies can put their logo on every PDF and map clients to their own subdomain without a separate "Enterprise" tier upcharge.
- Real GDPR posture. Data export endpoint, account-delete endpoint, sub-processor list in the privacy policy, signed DPA on request. Not just a cookie banner.
