Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Account

You're responsible for everything done under your account, including actions by team members you invite. Keep your password and API tokens secret. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the service to:

• Crawl sites that prohibit crawling in their robots.txt unless you have permission
• Trigger excessive load on third-party sites (we cap concurrency per crawl but you're still responsible for downstream impact)
• Track brands you don't own or aren't authorized to monitor
• Use scraped data in violation of the source site's terms
• Resell or sublicense access (Agency tier allows running for your own clients — confirm with us for grey-area cases)
• Run security scans or penetration tests against our infrastructure without prior written agreement
• Use the AI Visibility / mention modules to harvest personal data at scale

4. Subscription, billing, refunds

• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from the customer portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We do not refund partial periods, except where required by law (e.g. EU 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services — opt-in required for immediate access).
• Per-call API costs (DataForSEO, URLScan, etc.) when using features that consume them are passed through; you'll see exact unit prices in each module description.

5. Plan limits

Each plan has limits (projects, crawls per month, keywords). Hitting a limit gracefully degrades — new crawls return a 402 with an upgrade link. We may apply soft limits to prevent service abuse.

6. SLA

We target 99.5% uptime. We make no formal SLA on the free tier. Paid tiers are entitled to a pro-rated service credit for outages exceeding 24 cumulative hours in a month, capped at the monthly fee.

7. Data ownership

You own your project data. We hold a limited license to process it to operate the service. We don't sell it. We may use aggregated, anonymized usage stats to improve the product.

8. Termination

• By you: cancel anytime; account deletion within 30 days of request.
• By us: we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate Section 3, with notice except for severe breaches.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SEO rankings are influenced by many factors outside our control; we don't guarantee any specific outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You'll defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service, including ToS violations and infringement of third-party rights.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction]. Disputes resolved in the courts of [city, country].

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
